Here's the front and back side of the front and back. I didn't put one screw back in.

Any advice on how to remove the clips without breaking them?
On my 22 OB the front ones have two 7mm metal screws showing. Be aware this “flap” helps hold the fiber/felt inner fender liner in place, so I would put the screws back, maybe with a larger washer.
The rear has 2 plastic push pins & one 7mm screw. For the pins, slip a small screwdriver in & slightly lift center pin (not remove) then lift whole thing out with finger. Definitely suggest replace all retainers you removed to get Ugly Flap off.
Should be easy project.

Invest in a tool kit from Amazon for removing body parts. Less than $10 dollars and will save you much grief especially if you plan on doing any modifications.
