Rear Seats

Hello, I have recently owned a Ford Bronco Sport Badlands, which I imported from the USA to Poland. Unfortunately, part of the rear seat is missing and I need help in selecting the elements. The picture with the parts shows several elements that may fit, but I am not sure whether it is element no. 4 or 11 and 12, thank you in advance for your help. Regards
