Rattle noise on acceleration and deceleration video

Yep. I’ve had my 2021 Bronco Sport Outer Banks in the Ford Dealership 4 times now just recently as yesterday. Same fluttering noise at 23-28 MPH. I called them this morning and they told me they would call me back with more info?

I guess they think I am a liar. By the way, I had my bronco in for repair on Thursday. Still haven’t heard from the dealership since I called in on Friday to report that it was STILL not fixed. I replied to the person(keeping name out) and I haven’t heard nothing from them as well. So long bronco!

Hello everyone
I have a 2022 Badlands with the same rattle noise. Sometimes it just disappears than comes back. My vehicle was built in December 2021. I have called my dealer and have an appointment for December 9th. When speaking to the service advisor I explained the problem to them and they told me they have never heard of this issue so I am not sure if they will really try to figure it out. If anyone has a TSB number or part number for reengineered cable that I could provide them when I go in it would be appreciated....Thanks

Same kind of noises
Ford Dealer stated that the manufacturer was aware of the noise, stated that it was operating normally and that it was a known problem
That there was nothing that could be done. I told them bad we known that this was an issue with the actual model that we most likely would not have purchased. This problem needs to be corrected.

Have dealer disconnect Park Release Cable from transmission see if noise goes away.

I just got mine back a few days ago. I took a copy of the TSB with me. After they test drove it they changed out the Manual park release cable with the updated cable. It made a world of difference. I would try that or a different dealer. Good luck
