For those of you who have tracked your BS on the rail, has anyone had theirs get almost there and then the delivery date change quite a bit? Mine was showing a delivery date to its final rail stop as tomorrow morning (and that hadn’t changed) and now that it’s at the final city before it gets to the final rail stop, it’s pushed back a week and a half. ? Wondering if there’s a rail back up or something. Happy that it’s so close, but surprised at that much of a jump in delivery to the final rail destination.

From my experience and what I’ve read…massive caveat so….your car has likely been unloaded and is sitting in a lot where it’s waiting for freight to take it to the dealer

I would have thought that, too but where it’s at is like 9 hours away and the rail update has it going to and being delivered to another rail stop in Florida (not far from me). So, where it’s at isn’t the last rail stop. What changed is the delivery date to the last rail stop that’s not even an hour from me which is where I’m sure they’ll pick it up by truck.

Ours got stopped short of Lordstown Ohio the day before it was due to arrive there. It sat at that location for a week before finally reaching Lordstown. Then sat another day before being unloaded. Then it sat in the lot for another couple weeks before getting loaded on a truck and delivered to the Pittsburgh area.

Word on the street is the lot at Lordstown was full, had to wait until space opened up to unload more rail cars. It’s the world we are in for the time being.

That is what I’m thinking is going on, but in Georgia. Sounds like the same situation as yours, unfortunately. Oh well - it’s closer to being here now than it was in January when we ordered it so I can’t complain!

I should add, ours went from a Jan. 10th delivery date to a Jan. 28th date. It arrived at the dealership on the 23rd and we picked it up on the 24th. The delivery truck tracking never updated, still showed it sitting in Ohio when we drove it home.
