question: do i have to order a bronco sport online first?

went to the dealer. he pulled up the computer and found that no new orders for badlands model are being accepted. maybe a month from now or maybe two months. other models can be ordered though.

Depending on where you are there are at least three badlands near me sitting on lots. For whatever it's worth

I don't know what dealer you're talking to, but no Bronco Sports can be ordered now, regardless of model.

The order banks for 2021 models closed on 7/2, and order banks open 8/30 for 2022 models. I'm placing my order for a badlands on 8/30. Scheduling starts 9/23 and Job #1 is 11/1.

yeah he definitely said he could order the other models, maybe it was just two others like big bend or outbanks.

i saw that link somewhere else didn't think much of it but sounds like it's spot on with dates. oh well.

funny thing, as i've looked at cars.com i kept seeing a green color. i wonder if that's a 2022 option.

What's on cars.com are 2021 models. There are no 2022 models because they haven't even started building 2022's until November. Cars.com has generic colors listed, blue, green, red, etc. They don't list them like Area 51, Cactus Gray. If you look closely, every Sport they have called green is Area 51. We don't know what colors will be for 2022 yet. Everything is just rumors and speculation right now.

And once again, you can't order any Sports now until 8/30, regardless what the dealer is telling you.
