I keep thinking about your post and laughing (no offense).

I'd pay serious money to watch somebody suck the coffee out of selector knobs.

Am I the only one wanting to ask the obvious question? Did you spit or swallow?

Does anyone else’s rotary knob (gear selector) just free spin? Like if you turn it to go into P or D does yours stop there, mine will keep turning. Plus the detents aren’t noticeable. I have to watch the dash to know it went into the right gear/position. I drove one at the off rodeo and you could only go to D or P and would stop and not turn anymore and each detent was noticeable.

They changed that for ‘22. No more detent. Just free wheels. Will automatically go to park when shut off as well.

Personal choice not to for now. No crumbs, no drips or spills, no errant fries under the seat or console valley. Just me.

I’ve tried to limit my eating and drinking in my BS. That being said, I’ve been famished enough to stop for an Arby’s meal, but I consumed it sitting still in the parking lot.
