This morning I called to get my Zpin and the voicemail before speaking to a live person stated, "The Vincent report machine is broken, and IT has been notified with no ETA at this time". I am not sure what this means to the Baby Bronco as I don't think there are any incentives at this time but thought I would post this to be informative.

It sounds like the "Vincent report machine" might be a system or tool used by the dealership or manufacturer to verify incentives, rebates, or other promotional offers tied to vehicles like the Baby Bronco. If it's down, it could mean they’re unable to confirm or process any current incentives or discounts until the issue is resolved.
If you’re not aware of any active incentives for the Baby Bronco, this might not impact you directly, but it’s good to stay informed. If you’re planning to make a purchase or take advantage of any offers, it might be worth following up with the dealership to confirm once the system is back up. Thanks for sharing this—it’s always helpful to keep others in the loop! ?

Dealers have a system called Smart Vincent that tells them when incentives and discounts are available to a particular order. The dealer can sort by customer name, email address, or phone number to find the customer's available discounts on a particular order.

Good explanation. It saved me a Google search to understand what this thread was about.
