Just so folks are aware, Ford made a change in August 2022 with the 1.5 motor going into Bronco Sport. They increased the oil capacity from 5.3 to 6.3 Quarts. I found this accidentally by getting my oil changed at Ford dealer prior to a 1500 mile trip. I decided to check oil level after the trip and I didn’t get any oil on the dip stick. Went back to dealer and they said given my Bronco was built in Sep 2022 it required 6.3 quarts. They said it was within spec at a quart low but I will make sure they put in 6.3 going forward.
