X2 but I'm not a Fan of Black Wheels on all these newer Vehicles!! My 2025 XLT AWD Maverick with the 2.0 EB has the Dark Gray wheels which I prefer over the Black Wheels!! FWIW the MSRP on My brand new Maverick was only $31,510.00.

Not a fan of the black wheels either but I bet generally they are cheaper to make than chrome wheels so manufacturers are using them on their new vehicles.

The actual Consumer Reports article "42 Used Cars to Avoid Buying" was updated December 31, 2025 and specifically lists only the 2021 Bronco Sport to avoid. Not subsequent years. Not surprising as this is the initial year of manufacturer for the Bronco Sport. The 2026 Ford Bronco Sport (subcompact Class) did receive a CR Recommends with a total score of 71.

My 21 was great...so I got a 23...and a 25. Can't really complain at all.
