Yup,
245/65 is the biggest you can do, even with a lift, and have no rubbing. You can go one size bigger but they will rub when tuning all the way or at full articulation.

Thanks! How about 18" wheels? Necessary to have lift? widest Tire?
In offroad applications it's best to have a smaller wheel and more tire. The critical rubbing point on BS is not the top of the wheel well, but the rear. Some grind down the pinch weld to allow more room.

I decided to take a different approach, to answer this question for you, since you don't say what your interest is other than wide and 18's, without a lift. So, the answer is 255/55/18.

Now the reason you might not want to get this size. The tire is 29" in diameter, so you would have short sidewalls that offer very little rim protection, especially if you have any interest in going off road and most of us would rather have a larger diameter tire for the increased ground clearance as well, Though 29" is the diameter of the oem optional 235/65/17 as well.

My local tire shop test fit a 265/R65/17 on my 2022 BS BL front, and yeah it rubs LEFT and RIGHT. So, I'm going with the 245/R65/17 which I know many others have confirmed to fit.

Cheers
