I made a perfect PETG and it cracked when I put it on? The PLA went on nicely. Any recommendations?

PLA will not hold up very well in AZ. It will warp very easily and likely crack although is the easiest to print. Try ASA, ABS, or nylon for higher temperatures. The ASA filament is hard to get; I had to order from China. You may need an enclosure to print the ASA, ABS, or nylon.

For anyone who has installed this mount what is the trick to getting it on the mirror stem? Seems like you have to apply a lot of pressure and I don’t want to crack the mount.
