Will do, and thank you for the feed back. Maybe I will focus on my tractors instead. Perfect fit and finish from Japan. LOL

There ya’ go.

For some perspective, I’m old enough to remember when products from Japan were bottom of the barrel, quality-wise. My dad use to say junk items were made by the “J.A. Pan Company.”

I remember when my dad brought back toys from Japan in the ’50’s. Fun toys, well made, from discarded “beer cans”. Even had an electric train that mirrored Lionel; they were great at copying at that time, lacked engineering and materials but could duplicate anything in “tin”.

Be sure to keep us updated. This is a pretty connected community, and there’s a lot of collective experience and knowledge.

And obvious as it may sound, document everything. Dates, times, names, photos, videos, audio. You may not need it, but if you do it’ll be worth its weight in gold.

Great News!
My Ford dealer is going to make everything right and include an extended Ford ESP for 6 years or 80K miles platinum level with $0 deductible for my issues. (Retail Value $1900.00) including the extended rental and LED light options. She will go to a Ford authorized body shop this week and the repairs to paint will be covered under the Ford current protection. The only down side is they are going to give me back my trade-in to drive until then about 10 days time.

So today I installed a Rhino Rack cross bar system to make me feel better about this whole process...LOL P.S. What is a practical use for these little gadgets? They look cool

Terrific news! Maybe even better than hoped for?

Those are tiedown points for things you may carry on the roof, like kayaks, lumber, etc. Rated to 150 lbs.

That’s the static load limit, so she would have to lie still. If she wiggles around, that may void the warranty.
