Need help on dealer installed options!

I bought my 2021 BS badlands about 6 months now, and for some reason I went back to check the vehicle description paper to where they stick the paper on the car windows where you see what comes in your car. So now, one of the included on my vehicle is called FENDER FLARE 2 and cost them $1,030.00. Could you guys send me a picture to what it looks like. I just called the dealership and spoke to sale person who I bought the BS and told me to check it and call me back. my badlands comes with this fender flare to me looks like its OEM. Check provided photos.

"Fender flare kit 2" are these. They shorted you. You can check the option in the Bronco sport build website to see what they look like.

Thats what I thought so.. before I post this thread, I called them and the sales person I talked to said to call me back, I hope i get answer today. do you think they will agree if I told them just give me the refund? never happened to me this before, and do you think they can refuse this missing fender flare?

I just check the bronco sport build and they look different.. ill just wait to see what the dealer say. I would hope they will call me today or else I'm going to keep calling them lol..

Oh yeah, they totally dropped the ball here. You can either get the flares ordered or fight for a refund, but you'll probably have better luck just getting them to order and install them. They're a lot more hesitant to give up that money, because having them "factory installed" on that window sticker price includes a little extra money for the dealership. The color matching is an extra option that the builder shows, but will cost more. The price included on your window sticker is just for the unfinished, unpainted flares. But, the dealer might be willing to give you a discount for your troubles to get them painted if you'd like to try that route.

I would ask for a check. I have read a lot of fitment issues in these flares. Not worth the hassle.

I am actually thinking of that, same here I read a lot of fitment issues. If they can not refund me ill just take them and see if they grew on me. I hope ill get the best fitment lol..

Since you already paid for them to install them in the sticker price, I'd just let them handle it for you. They fit, you just have to do a bit of creative trimming with the mud flaps. I've got both flares and mud flaps on my Big Bend.

looks good, your fender flare look aftermarket not from the ford accessories. I have the cheaper version splash guard. One thing to say as well , I live an hour away from the dealership.
