Mysterious leak

Noticed a small stain on the driveway this morning... clear liquid not water... any ideas what it could be? Checked all my fluid levels and they are fine. Dripping from where the bolt is for the lower control arm and I can feel more of it on the frame where it is dripping from.

Called the dealer to schedule to have them check and taking it in tomorrow but without jacking it up I cannot tell where it is coming from. I haven't spent any time under the hood yet so I don't really want to tinker until I get a bearing on where things are.

Is it just wet like water or is it oily? Does it have any odor? Anyone know if the lower control arm bushing contains oil? The location it appears to be originating from is truly suspect here.

It is definitely oily... I was thinking maybe the bushing because of were it is but not sure if they have oil or not. The only thing I can think of is maybe some grease from production dripping considering the temperatures have been in the 90s the past couple of days but that is just a guess. Hopefully the dealer says it is something trivial.

Took it to the dealer and they had to adjust the fender liner because it was collecting water that wasn't draining like it was supposed to and they said there was some extra lubricant under the hood that made it seem like it wasn't just water. Since they adjusted I haven't noticed it except when there are wet conditions which makes sense.
