Thank you for being a part of the Ford family.
Nice little Bronco II,the first Bronco Sport test on Motor Week they compared the Bronco Sport to the Bronco II.I actually think the one they showed on Motor Week might be the same color of yours. My dad had a Bronco II with the 2.9 V-6 he would have problems sometimes where it wouldn't start.Right before he sold it i had him use the inertia switch from my Mustang since i converted it to a Carburetor and 460 engine. The guy i worked with bought it from him never had a problem with it starting again. The inertia switch must have been the problem all along.
I owned a 1984 Bronco II 4x4 with a 5 speed stick from 1984 to 1996. It had 120,000 miles on it when we traded it in. It followed my life from a single person in Colorado, trips through the mountains and cross country, to married with children in Pennsylvania. But, getting the little ones in and out of car seats with 2 doors was just too hard. I became a minivan mom.
Very Very Nice!!I owned a 1984 Bronco II 4x4 with a 5 speed stick from 1984 to 1996. It had 120,000 miles on it when we traded it in. We now have our Bronco Sport in retirement partly in tribute to the much loved Bronco II...
Enjoy your new classic!
