Curious as to what Ford said estimated delivery date would be?
September 22nd. I’m wondering if the trucking process really does take nearly a month?

An update for @Jenbeth, United Road is still inactive and UP is the same but NS has an update, it now says “Actual placement of car – Doremus autoramp New Jersey September 3 9 AM”

Norfolk for me now has a blank message, says absolutely nothing, UP is the same as before, including the lack of an address for PlacedAtIndustry.

My dealership swears mine is in Kansas City and says that the rep said it will be released to them instead of waiting on trucking but yet can’t get anyone to say inspection is done so that they can go pick it up.

You’ll lose access to your FordPass first. That will be a sign that they installed your microchip(s).

It’s on the move again heading east like it did on its original trip. It passed the Fisherville scanner at 3:50. Shelbyville is about 10 miles from Fisherville, so if it was dropped off it should be there already. NS hasn’t update, but that’s typical. Now I’m just hoping it doesn’t keep going to Chattanooga again.

AVPL (available for placement/vehicle at final ramp) Shelbyville, Kentucky, September 4, 3:19 AM

But it’s already there, so I guess the time is when it will be offloaded? I don’t care at this point, just glad it’s there!

Found this on an F-150 Forum:

”I haven’t seen a definitive guide on this, so I thought I’d put the ones I’ve encountered and people could add to it:

Departed at xxxx scanner: this is the most recent place the rail car has passed through

Intermediate arrival: the rail car is being switched onto another engine at an intermodal terminal

AVPL: available for placement. Your rail car is at its final ramp

PCON: acronym for “constructive placement”. This means NS has delivered the rail car to the ramp but it’s waiting for another car to be unloaded before it can be parked to unload

actual placement: your rail car is parked at a ramp and available to unload

UNLD: unloaded. Your truck is no longer trackable through NS”

I was hoping that maybe they added the chip then gave me access somehow. I had pending activation before then they denied it and I just recently tried again and got it. I just want that built Email so I too can get out of this purgatory!! 2 months in production is too long…

Sounds like the system has flagged it to get off the train this time. So maybe it will be in that fenced in yard soon waiting for truck to dealer?

It will be all love once its yours and your driving down the road looking at those two bumps on the hood.
that's funny, that is exactly what I thought when I first drove it. I don't remember seeing these 7+ mon

yes it is, but hang in there, good things usually come for those who wait patiently. one would assume when you lose the Fordpass connection will be a good sign. that's what happened to me. that master reset cut my connection off and then it was "built" and "shipped" quickly.

anyhow, my wait is finally over, crossed my fingers....?

Ford Bronco Sport July 2022 Waiting Room 1662250387160

Got the ONE tire this morning and had them installed after lunch.

@Jenbeth I hope they have dropped your car off this time. Logistics these days are troublesome. as you have guessed, maybe they couldn't drop the car off last time since the lot is full. I know the Ports here in So Cal is facing that major issue. I saw plenty of cargo ships off shore again last week. the containers cannot be dropped off 'cus the rail cannot get them off the Port fast enough.

good luck all! stay cool.....it's a scorcher out there in So Cal this weekend.

You should be correct, mine was through csx but it “arrived at Wayne, MI” on the 1st in the evening and still had “arrive at industry Wayne, MI” early the next morning.

Love the new treads! Does the spare fit in the back?

Won’t know cus I didn’t order one…. That was considered…..but I’ve read some where that it won’t fit. It is just 235/70 just like the option. But this is the “trail” version instead of AT3W.
