So they forgot to unload it then it went somewhere else and came back? Not that it helps, but mine has gone past and then back through my “placed at industry location” without even being dropped off.
Kept going past it, then came back following the return route and went past it again. Now it is in Louisville, where I work (live one county over), but the rail yard it passed is in Shelbyville (one county over). The wonderful thing about Ford is that I now know this, but there is nobody I can report it to because everybody points fingers at everybody else and nobody takes responsibility. They’ll figure it out at some point. So they forgot to unload it then it went somewhere else and came back?
That's awesome! Congrats!She made it!

Yeah at some point someone will figure out where is has to be dropped off. Some f-up some where. Mine took 6 weeks to arrive it got lost hung up some where I didn't track it though. But my ETA did get adjusted when that date came and went....Kept going past it, then came back following the return route and went past it again. Look at the fax images in this thread, it might help you decipher. My tracing is odd, it's so hard to understand these sometimes.
I've been getting the best info from NS thus far. Currently it says something like: "RMP Y Bolts Mick Center Missouri? Sep 1 9:02AM. " I can't make out exactly what its saying, this has been the toughest one yet.
UP gives me "Loaded train arrival, Aug 31 9:25 PM Interchange Delivery Nogales Aug 23 Origin Ramp Futah?? Industrial"
It's last "stop" was Kansas City, MO, arrived there Aug 26.
I’ve learned through this process that if it ain’t FUBAR, it ain’t Ford.Yeah at some point someone will figure out where is has to be dropped off. Some f-up some where. Ford will tell you call dealer and dealer will say nothing they can do. But at some point someone will say hey why is this new sport never getting off the train and figure it out.I’ve learned through this process that if it ain’t FUBAR, it ain’t Ford.
Mankato Ford. You?What dealership did you order from?
It will be six of them, but yes, that will eventually happen.Ford will tell you call dealer and dealer will say nothing they can do. But at some point someone will say hey why is this new sport never getting off the train and figure it out.
I totally understand the pain of trying to understand the automated voice. Sometimes a trick I’ve used is opening the Google search app on my phone, and then saying out loud whatever I thought the voice might have said.Yeah at some point someone will figure out where is has to be dropped off. It traveled all the way to Chattanooga and back again.@Jenbeth Is there any chance it did get dropped off, then loaded again?
I totally understand the pain of trying to understand the automated voice. Sometimes a trick I’ve used is opening the Google search app on my phone, and then saying out loud whatever I thought the voice might have said.
For example, one of the stations was “Norbury, Ohio” a place which doesn’t exist. But when I sort of mumbled that into the voice search feature of the Google App, trying to replicate the way the voice said it, it recognized it as “Millbury, Ohio”, which was along the rail route, made perfect sense.
But do you know for a fact the car is still on the train, or perhaps was it taken off the train and the train kept moving? It traveled all the way to Chattanooga and back again.
