I broke down and called Ford. I shouldn’t have because it only leads to more frustration! ( if that’s even possible) told me to call back towards the end of the week as that’s when reports are usually updated. I did point out that none of my reports have been updated since July 4. She had no reply. Left text and voicemail for dealer too. Gloves are off!

All of these ones ordered 2-3 months after ours that are now posting built with same options as ours. What is up with this process? I’m happy for all but really this is most unfair and incomprehensible.

I agree. I posed the same question to my dealer and made that statement in my speech to Ford with the letter I mailed last week. My dealer had no answer. No one can even answer what the chip that I am waiting on is for.

July 14th we got the email stating our VIN # and we were "scheduled for production" 9/12/22. We pretty much got it fully loaded and did get the moonroof. I have searched near and far and have yet to actually see a BS with a moonroof in the flesh. I am sure this is going to delay us and when we get up to the front of the line at production time, we will be pushed to the back, but does anyone have a moonroof yet??

It’s a big eye roll. I know it’s an auto fill of the model and production week. But how terrible does it look to have the build was supposed to week of JUNE 27th. And it’s still sitting incomplete and plenty others making their way through. It’s 2 whole months later. I don’t know if I’m angry or sad.

So lucky that you get emails at least!! I’ve been staring at this since July! Pretty sure my dealer gets the emails instead of me ? he’ll email me from time to time but no updates as to why it hasn’t shipped yet.

I ordered last year and took delivery in April. I have the moonroof, but did not get the 360+ and no tow.

Ordered one and I keep a watch on the window sticker expecting them to just remove it without warning. I have no idea what Chip or chips my vehicle is waiting on but I imagine this is one of them. Best of luck with your process. I’ve been waiting since February and i’ve seen several just on this forum ordered after mine with the exact same options ( moonroof included) been built shipped and received. Their process is any Eanie meanie Miny Moe.
