Hi all - I too am in the same boat as all of you, in production since 7/6 with no updates. Yesterday my Bronco Sport appeared on my dealer’s website with a tag that says “this vehicle is in transit.”

I have reached out to my dealer but have yet to hear back. I will update you all if they are able to see a delivery date, but I assume they have some insight as my BS was not on the website a few days ago.

FordPass not updating… it just stays like this and crash couple of times.

Also, I updated the app and found out what Jenbeth means about GPS location in Berlin and Kansas. That was just a default start up location screen. After update still crashing and no update.
Should I be upset that they put more gas in yours than mine? My odometer is on 9 with 12 miles left in the tank ?

Glad to hear that Ford, in some way, shape, or form, has acknowledged one of our vehicles is “in transit.”

Missed the first part of this, yes, that is exactly what I mean. It updates sometimes and then doesn’t for long stretches. This page (kind of) explains why:

Mine's been on the dealer's site for a while now, but it doesn't have a status next to it. I know that most of their online inventory is tied to the Ford tracking system so it should update in real time. There's a good chance your's might have arrived. Fingers crossed.

Thought I’d share. I checked United Roads and 3 of the 4 cars that are showing for my dealer how show as “In Route”. Mine is still showing as “inactive” but like seeing some movement on that site!
