This would explain why I haven’t been able to update the location on my own since 7/11 (assuming I’m correct about the shipping hopes I’m having right now). It also explains why my vehicle location shows as the assembly plant in Mexico until I actually click on the location link and goes to that spot near Lincoln Nebraska (which happens to be near a train HUGE switch station/junction).

I am getting the same. Ford tracker is still showing "In Production". I was going to wait to reach out to Ford customer service until later in the afternoon - let everything get opened back up and moving.

Just called, told them FordPass GPS shows it is in the states. They told me to call the dealer ?‍
because they can see more than customer care can. Confirmed no parts hold, no quality control hold, but who knows who to trust anymore.

Yes, she seemed baffled when I said GPS shows it is in the states, that’s when she told me to contact my dealer.

I’m keeping an eye on my Ford Pass. My iPhone shows it was last in the area of Junction City, KS. My iPad shows it in the area of Lincoln, NE. Both are very close to each other and both are junction/switch station locations. It has not updated since. Most dealerships are closed on Sunday (who knows why so ce that is when many would be car shopping), so if offloaded to a truck, they probably wouldn’t be delivering until today. Both places are approximately 13 driving hours from my dealership.Weird!! Doesn't the dealer get their info from Ford?
