Hello all,

I installed the JL Audio C1 650 components in the front doors and dash of my 2024 BB, and I love the sound I am getting. Crutchfield said they wouldn't fit, but I had been in contact with a helpful gentleman on reddit that installed them in his BS with no issue. The selling point being the tweeters fit perfectly in the dash with no modifications.

I now would like to install the C1 650x coaxial speakers in the rear doors to maintain the same sound in the front and back. Again, Cutchfield says they won't fit because of the mounting height.

Has anybody installed the C1 650x in the rear doors? It's obvious you can't trust everything Crutchfield says, but I'd rather not find out the hard way that they actually don't fit.

Thanks in advance for any help or information you can offer.

Would be nice not having to crank the fade to almost max to hear the rear speakers

as Schu57 said, Agreed
Make the change in forscan. It's the eq setting. You also have to change the rear speakers from woofer to woofer plus tweeter for full range.
