Don't be so hard on yourself, based on years of surfing the internet I would be willing to bet a tidy sum there are people out there who would pay to see that.

My 2021 Bl was ceramic coated before I took delivery. Hand wash only.

This is me too. I had System X Diamond SS ceramic professionally applied before I picked her up. I am curious -as yours is a 2021- how has her paintwork faired? Mine is 7.5 months old with approx 6,000km so I can't really say I've put it to the test, although she has been touches washed very regularly ?

I'm 79 now and getting lazy. I'm lucky enough to have a Delta Sonic car wash about 1 mile away. It's brushless and does a great job. I have a top-of-the-line monthly package for $25 a month. I get unlimited washes (includes tire dressing and rain-X applications), and a credit card good for a 5-cent discount on gas purchases. This car wash also has one of the lowest gas prices in town already. I also have them completely detail both cars once a year. They do a terrific job. I sneak down early (7 AM) one day a week to wash the car and fill it with gas.

My paint, the cactus gray is amazing. If it has dust on it and I drive in the rain the car comes out clean. I have a couple very minor chips but no major problems. I’ll have all my future vehicles ceramic coated.
