-Sync does not not always link the current song info on the video screen with the dash cluster. Sometimes it will catch up, sometimes it will not after changing multiple channels or tracks.Certainly.

-Periodically it will not connect to CarPlay after turning off but it was just on. Think of running an errand, getting back in and it not working when it was moments before.
-Last seat memory doesn't quite work. Starting it back up it will go through maybe half the cycle of resetting from the exit position to the last preset.
-Touch to unlock does not work at all for the tailgate, does for the window. Driver door is intermittent.
I'm told the last two are controlled by the same module as Sync.
I would perform a master reset from the head unit settings menu.

Check your device for lint in the Lightning port or USB-C port by using a wood toothpick. Also, try a different quality cable.

I am not sure this is controlled by SYNC. Have you had the BCM recall done?

This is a known issue. When touch to unlock does not work, use your remote FOB to remotely unlock the rear hatch. This should again activate the touch to unlock.
