2025 Bronco sport big bend. I had the center screen of instrument cluster set up with several screens. One of them is the set up screen where it says “press on to set up screens” or something like that. Car is only a week old and I wanted to try off road mode to make sure it works. Worked fine. I turned off the car while still in off road mode. When I turned car back on it asked if I wanted to keep off road mode or go to normal mode. Picked normal mode. Now I only have 3 screen options to cycle through when before I had 5 plus the set up option. Now the set up option is gone and there are only 3 screens. So I can’t change them. Tried switching to different modes including off road and back to normal again. Nothing changes. Any thoughts?

I don’t have a ‘25 but is there a “reset to defaults” that you’ve seen?

Maybe have a look at this section of the ‘25 owners manual

That is how I did it the first time. But as stated before, I no longer have the option to configure my screen. It is just not there anymore.

Can you look under Settings to see what’s there? I haven’t found the specific page in the owners manual that describes Settings options

Btw I think it has to do with MyView and if the 2025 was handy nearby would be easy to restore to what you want. Good luck!

Not in there. I forget what the settings has specifically but nothing about changing the screens.

The MyView section has info about number of screens changes with GOAT modes or something like that

This is a great feature on the 2025s.., wish the ‘21-‘24 had this:

Tried a factory reset of the sync4 and that did not work either. Tried everything. Finally pulled the negative terminal from battery. That reset it to normal. Not sure what happened in the first place. Will try switching into off road again sometime soon to see what happens.

Yeah, this was very strange. Nothing in the manual really hit on what the issue was. Not even sure that it was tied to switching into off road mode, but that was the last thing that I did before it locked up. But all of the options are back now. I just hope that it does not happen again.
