Just did the finger test, lots of dust and I just washed it 4 days ago. The dealer said they are starting to get parts now and will call me when they are in.
What are the parts that will fix the issue so I can call and get mine fixed

As far as I know, It will be the front brake pads I just checked the rear rims and there is excessive dust there also. And they are also talking about the brake vacuum booster failing. Whether or not they are going to replace that I am not sure.

Sorry about the revive to the thread but I had my recall done around Nov 22 IIRC, and it's been nothing but dusty wheels since and the noise at braking and release. At this point I'm considering just replacing the pads because I feel like the dealer doesn't care as long as the brakes work they aren't going to replace them. They work, they won't find an issue, so don't waste your time. I think Ford should've picked a better pair though, I really liked the first set that were on it, not sure why the pads had to be replaced when it was a recall for something else?

The recall to replace the front pads was unrelated to the noise issue. The recall that prompted Ford to replace the front pads resulted from follow-on testing that showed affected cars could not stop with mandated minimum distances in the event of a brake master cylinder failure. The master cylinder multiplies the driver's brake pedal pressure to increase pressure on the brake calipers. This increase brake effectiveness while making it easier on the driver. But the master cylinder can fail, and the NHTSA requires all vehicles be tested with a failed master cylinder to prove the driver can still retain control. Ford tested a few Bronco Sports after production started (a standard practice) and found that they weren't meeting the mandated minimum stopping distance for the test. The fix was to install higher friction brake pads that deliver better stopping power with the lower caliper pressure available with a failed master cylinder.

This recall only applied to Bronco Sports with the standard pneumatic master cylinder. Cars equipped with the electric master cylinder were able to meet test standards.

I appreciate the response. It seems the new pads are going to be gone given how much dust has come off them. Anybody reading this replace theirs yet with a third party set?

Metallic and semi metallic pads produce the most dust, but provide the best braking power. They are used on performance vehicles, and vehicles that tow trailers/boats/campers.

Ceramic pads produce less dust but are not recommended for vehicles that are performance rated, or vehicles that tow excessive weight.
