I used to watch FordBossMe on YouTube... He turned out to just be a Doom Preacher for hits on his channel. In short YES there is a shortage (and has been for more than 20 years) and it because dealerships don't want to pay the wages and the client doesn't want more expensive cars. It's a never ending loop.....
