Went snowboarding today and drove through ice, mud chunks and snow. Performed great! I felt very in control the entire time.

There does seem to be a bit of a mileage hit.

Interesting, just over 32 pounds isn't too bad for a larger AT type tire so I'm assuming there's a lot more rolling resistance compared to the Michelins which weigh about 26lbs if my memory serves me right. I do like Nitto products and I think this is a good tire for the capabilities of the BS, even in Badlands form.
