I had PPF done to the rear driver and passenger door along with both quarter panels on my Big Bend this week. Today when I was getting my groceries from the back seat, I noticed two sets of the rubber door plugs and bolt/fastener on the carpet floor. I stopped by the shop to have the parts put back on. The door plug was explained but the owner of the shop told me the bolt/fastener didn't belong to the car?! So, I asked how they ended up on the carpet, bolts/fasteners don't just appear out of the blue? His explanation, he just happen to have them on him? I had a manual transmission Hyundai Santa Fe for 17 years before I bought the Big Bend and I was very familiar with recognizing all the fasteners but I am at a loss if this truly belongs to the Big Bend? Maybe the weather stripping? I don't know if the owner was yanking my chain?

Any input would be appreciated.

That looks like a self drill/tap screw, which I doubt is used by Ford.
