The problem is the taillights have a rather sharp edge where the cover meets the housing. If you’re not anything less than ‘anal’ the edge will scratch/gouge the crap out of that painted piece.This is the shit ford tells me is normal for an install and sees nothing wrong with. Like if you’re upfront about it. I’d be ok. But to lie right to my face while your supervisor co-signs on it is despicable. Can Ford on here actually help. Because dealer makes it worse and corporate tells me to deal with dealer. Was also told they would refund my install but reneged on that too. Last one is one of the lines where the hatch was rubbing on the bumper. They never pooped in the center clips so the center part was higher and rubbing the gate. They also reused all the clips multiple times so now things fit loose
