I have a 21 BS-OB and there have been several occasions of excess grease dropping from the brake pedal onto the floor liner. Does anybody else have this issue?

Yes, please check that thread out---also if you have pics it might be helpful in determining the...ummmmm...source of the staining....

Hi there! Can you send us a message with your VIN and dealer info? I’ll look into this on my end. Thank you!

Me too...

Looks like you actually have some liquid that could be soaked up with a paper towel. That would allow you to determine the color of the liquid. Next would be the sniff test to see it match the smell of brake fluid. You could use another paper towel to dip into the brake reservoir to get a sample of brake fluid for the sniff test. Then you would know that the brake master cylinder is leaking, or it's something else.

Negative Ghost Rider - these factory-installed rubber floormat seem to absorb oils and grease readily. I have wiped both areas with a cotton cloth and nothing came up except dry dirt...I am sorta glad that I had taken the fabric floor-mats out before these leaks occurred.

You should still be able to get enough on a paper towel to at least smell it. If nothing else, tape a towel down to the floor mat and drive around a bit and see if some liquid gets on the towel. Then you can follow the other steps.
