Just did a deep dive on the Underground Graphics side panel kit and wanted input from you guys on what color you think would look best on cactus grey? The options that I think could would work are
Matte Gunmetal
Gloss charcoal
Matte Black
Gloss Black
Satin Black
And my top candidate is Sterling silver (pictured on their website)

curious what yall think

I would probably steer away from the black and would go towards getting a 3rd accent color. The is a large graphic to be all black.
I am not sure how the silver would look on the cactus grey though.
Underground Graphics has mentioned that they will send out samples. It might be best to get a sample of a couple colors and see how they look in different lighting because the Cactus grey looks different all of the time.

It would be nice if Underground Graphics could photoshop some different paint color options in the photos on their website so you could get a quick look at how your paint color would look with a certain style/color graphic.

I don’t know bud, if you’re looking to do the whole side like the Gloss Grey one. I don’t think you can use that one because of your fender flares. Doesn’t look like it would fit.

Yeah tbh that was my concern with the black. Plus your 100% right, the cactus grey really does change, on a bright sunny day it damn near looks solid white than on a dark overcast day it’s got a nice darkish hue to it that I love haha. With the available colors I don’t know if I can pull the trigger, I might reach out to them about sending samples out of curiosity.

Yeah I noticed that as well. And tbh, if it was a color that really went well with the cactus grey I’d just pop off the fender flares cause I love the look of these side panel graphics so much. Also, for anyone curious, these rough country fender flares do not sit flush at all it drives me insane. You either have one side flush and the other side exposed more or expose evenly on both sides where it makes contact with the front and rear edges.

Yeah I ended up messaging them and they are going to send out samples! Watching the video of them applying the kit really is a great way to see how much these guys care about their craft and their customers so I definitely want to do business with them. Once I get the samples I’ll let this thread know which one looks best in person!
