Got window sticker - found incorrect options

2022 Bronco Sport Badlands
When we ordered our Bronco Sport Badlands at the dealership they went over the options at least twice to confirm they had the correct information before submitting anything to Ford.

We were immediately given a ‘preview order’ document listing all options, the order code and price. We signed and dated it.

We were told that the order went through “clean” and that we would get exactly what we ordered.

The guy who specializes in orders said Ford will not just build a customer’s order with missing options. That’s not how it works.

He did state that in some rare cases a vehicle will be sent to the dealer with a missing feature but only if it can be fitted later when it becomes available.

That sounds like a much more accurate and resonable description from you dealer. It's unfortunate that car dealers are revealing just how poorly they conduct business. All brands/manufacturers need to really tighten up on how their franchises represent the brand. (It's not just Ford that has problems.)
