Ford Pass Vehicle Status Alert

The vehicle status alerts has an exclamation point in my ford pass app. When I click on it says “something went wrong. Please try again later.” Also says “partial response received.”see pic.
Anybody else having this issue? I am up to date on software. Just updated iphone…could that be it? Any tricks to try?

While not that exact message, i've had times where the app was non responsive. Has it been going on for a long time? If not, It could be something at Ford's end at the moment. I usually give it some time, try again later in the day, and then it's fine...

It’s been just a few days. I was hoping maybe something on their end. I’ll keep trying! The rest of the app is working.

just updated and it’s working! Didn’t work after first update. Should’ve been patient.
