That’s a great deal!! I bought my set about a year ago at a discounted Ford online parts store but was higher price than you are asking. Those folding headrests really help because I have to fold the rear seats down a few times a week.

'23 OBX, '20 Ecosport, '23 Kymco People S 150i ABS
I have a '23 OBX. I'm 5'10" and the driver's seat was adjusted for my height. My rear seats folded down with the standard headrests in place. Maybe the '23 is different than previous years!
