I did the install myself and there are indicators on the strut spacer to tell you which way to align the 3 holes. I don’t even know if you can install them wrong, but maybe? The instructions don’t mention it but it’s very apparent they have a mark for a reason. Maybe the shop lined them up wrong?
Only thing I can think of.
I don’t have any knocking on mine after I tightened my sway bar links after the first outting.

My only sound left is coming from the right rear when driving over several continuous small bumps, I get a rattling or rubbing sound. It doesn’t do it on large bumps or dips up or down.

Taking it for alignment and to have my work checked at ford on Monday

ever get an update from Ford? Is this rough country kit going to void the warranty? Dont really want to be paying out of pocket if a sway bar or ti rod needs to be replaced.

the kit 100% voids your warranty. You mess with the suspension with non authorized non oem components you lose warranty on suspension and related parts if the damage is caused by the parts you installed.

however the warranty on the car is not void And they have to fix anything not related to the suspension
