I also went from Escape Titanium to Badlands and hate to admit that I enjoyed driving the Escape more than the Bronco Sport. Bronco Sport sure looks better though!

The escape I have has to go through the woods and two water holes and with spring getting here it's getting a little worried about bottoming out so ordered a bronco badlands to get in out better little more clearance and be able to put it in 4x going in and out this isn't a normal driveway it's a ride though the swamp and mud winter is wore

I’ll let you drive my old Escape. You won’t want to go back to an Escape after that!

What did you like more about the Escape?
It's a smoother, quieter ride, and it has all the amenities, including better cushioned and bolstered seats. That's inevitable due to the differences in suspension. The Badlands is set up to absorb and control the kinds of large, uneven bumps you'll experience during off road excursions--the kind of bumps that would be dicey in the Escape.

If you're looking for luxury on the road, the Escape is your choice. If you want to go off road with confidence you need a Badlands.
