Happens when people touch the part of the exterior door handle that locks the door. You probably are aware of two sensors on the front door handles that unlock and lock the door(s)?
(Assuming your vehicle came equipped with those)
You didn’t mention if the engine was off or was running when the lock occurs?
When owners say only the drivers door locks or when they say all 4 doors lock .. check the Settings on the 8” Display. See if the setting you have match what the vehicle appears to be doing in terms of door(s) seemingly locking by themselves. Provides another data point. Under the menu item for Doors are these choices:
1. Lock/unlock drivers side door only
2. Lock/unlock all doors
