Does Towing Package come with full-size spare tire?

The attached photo is a 245-65-17 (stock size was 225-65-17) I do not think a larger diameter would fit in the factory spare location without some serious modifications.

Does the floor cover sit flat over that tire?

My Outer Banks has full size spare. I believe all factory orders with hitch package have full size.

I also have outer banks and sales person said full size (not sure what was listed on sticker) but recently I pulled it out to inspect the whole spare set up and I really do not believe mine is full size. I’ve seen pics of others with a spare that is matching their other tires. Mine is clearly a temporary as well as on a 17 inch wheel as opposed to 18. Have you heard or seen any others like this?

The full size spare for a BS on 18" wheels comes with a 225/65/17 which is basically the same size as a 225/60/18.

Ours came with the same 225/65/17 Pirelli's that are on the rest of the car, makes some sense they'd use the same tire for all "full" size spares on the other models, though I can see that being a little frustrating since there is a slight size difference.
