I know that and that's exactly what I told the rep here on the forums. I had no ill will or negative to say about them. I simply stated that accidents happened and I understand that, but I expect them to fix it as it never happened.This should not be taken as a strike against Discount Tire. If you have enough miles under your belt, chances are you’ll get a newbie that messes up your wheel. I’d say that chances are pretty good your local Discount Tire mounts more tires than your local dealer in a given day.
I had them mount a Falken Wildpeak on a Badlands wheel without any issue.
