Differential fluid

Hi guys Im new here! I have done some search on this forum but cant find anything about the fluid. I have read and I have been told to change the differential fluid, I have no problems with my diff yet but to prevent future failure. My question is can I change the fluid? Dealer told me that I need to bring my BS and will take 2 to 3 days and im in disapproval hahaha I never took 2/3 days to change diff fluid on my other cars. If I can do it myself what fliud you guys recommend? I go off-roading on weekends so I want a better fluid on the diff! If is possible to go with AmsOil or royal purple and what thickness 80W90?

There is a thread about the PTU with pictures and everything! Also there’s a video not a BS but it’s a escape and we all know that they’re the same
