Differences to Escape/Kuga and Fiesta ST

Same motor is in those cars and it makes 20 horse more in the Fiesta. Are there any differences in BS to make it stronger and/or long lasting? How many of the parts would be interchangeable?

Same reason the 2.0EB makes different power in the Escape, the Fusion, etc. Different exhaust setups, different tuning on the ECU, different intake setups. Ford's been doing that for decades. The 4.6 in the Mustang was identical in every way to the 4.6 in the Crown Vic, but the Mustang made more power for the same reasons.

Hp measured at the rear wheels is the only one that matters. Different cars, different transmission ratios, more efficient drive lines...
The fuel mapping would be different for a 4900 pound car..
