Hi!
Does anyone knows the parts that are different in the suspension of the BASE trim from th BL?

I want a lift to get 8.6" ground clearance and keep the same warranty.

Thanks!

It would be much less expensive to buy a lift kit to get the ground clearance your looking for than to swap out all the suspension parts to try and convert a BS base model suspension to Badlands suspension.
You will still retain your warranty with a lift kit.

The suspension sits about an inch taller. Up front the MacPherson strut suspension has its own specific coil spring along with hydraulic rebound stops. In the rear, the Badlands has its own inch-taller coil springs and damper tuning. Ford also swapped out the rear knuckle for stronger units

If all you want is an inch more you can do that with a kit without affecting warranty. Just understand that the suspension systems are different along with a dual clutch rear locking diff and locking 4x4.

If you are looking to match the Badlands in other ways, now is the time to sell you Base while prices are high and order a 22 Badlands.
