Curbed wheel. How to fix curb rash?

I was driving to a party and found a tight spot and thought I could make it but ended up scraping my tire on the curb and the wheel now has curb rash, any quick fixes for now because the car is still under 2,000 miles and don't want to do heavy repairs on it when its still new. I can post pics in the morning
You can definitely try fixing it yourself for cheap but it likely won’t look right. I’d just replace it personally, but if you live in a place with harsh winters, you might want to wait until the spring.

Luckily you only damaged the silver portion of the wheel. That should make a repair far easier than if you grinded the black part as well.

A good place should be able to fix that with the only noticeable difference being a slight reduction in wheel material on the lip. Though, with those wheels running sub $200 on eBay it wouldn't make much sense to get it repaired unless they did it for less than $50 or so, but with that price I wouldn't trust it being high-quality work.

Honestly, I would just replace the wheel. Here is a few I found:
