I have the Yakima JayLows and Skinny Warrior system. I really like the fact that they fold down, which results in less wind whistle.

yea the J Hooks are great for kayak transport but I like to leave mine on so I can just toss my kayak on and go instead of having to dismantle them. Problem is when you go under a low parking g lot . I recently purchased the folding J Hooks from Temu for a fairly low price and they look great . They already come installed and they give you strap ons as well .
