NOTE: Originally intended for tracking of our Bronco Wildtrak order, but this is relevant to Bronco Sport, F-150, Maverick, Mach-E, and Lightning.. maybe others-

Just like many of us, I have found many different ways to find where my Bronco was in the process, what the status was at any given time, and what the hell is going on with lost shipments, time delays and unspecified delays.

Many of us have been very anxious to receive our new Bronco, and many of us have been delayed for many different reasons. After 2 years, 4 months, and 6 days of waiting since my original reservation date, I have compiled a lot of information that may be useful to some of you. If you are looking to find information on different parts of the Bronco journey, I am sharing information found within many different threads and forum members posts.

I do not take credit for finding out all of this info and certainly am not passing it off as my own.

Thank you to the original forum members who posted information or sent me information to help me during my process. I thought out of courtesy, I could pass it on to others who are relentless about finding information, having OCD New Bronco Syndrome, or just simply want answers faster than Ford can provide them. Railway/Tracking info:
CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

Union Pacific (UP)
1. Call UP at 1 800 877-5123 1 800 877-5123
2. Follow phone prompts for Trace
3. Say the railcar number complete and clearly. Example CN123456 all together
4. Listen for your update

Norfolk Southern (NS)
1. Call 800-635-5768
2. Press 2.
3. Press 2.
4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. As in: TTGX will be 8849
5. Enter the numbers then press #. It wasn't taking my voice prompts but typing worked.

I've tried all these tracking and ordering forms above and have not had any that I can enter my order information like I did for my 2019 Ranger. I ordered my BS on Feb. 27th and received a build date of Aril 24th. Any body have an idea where the forum form is to enter this data.

I don't know if this order number is the same as a reservation number (3058).

Order number is an 8 digit number. Maybe more than 8 as time goes on.

you cannot track without a reservation ID:

Only dealer can track until it converts to a valid reservation or production with VIN.

That's the same email I received from Ford when they sent me the build date so I guess I'll be just content with that. When I ordered my 2019 Ranger, there was a list of order dates, build dates, delivery dates and final pickup dates that people who bought Rangers could fill in.

Yours says is shipped by train (as are all Bronco Sports to the US/Cañada from the Hermosillo factory)

I just received an email telling me my 2023 Bronco Sport Badlands has been built. They are saying they are performing some final inspections on the vehicle and getting it ready for shipment. What kind of bs is this cause when I notified my dealer regarding the email he stated it will probably be delivered in the middle of October. I thought there was an inspection process each time it went down the assembly line. On the window sticker there is no place it shows the built date.
