Can you be more specific? You get nothing?
Nothing when plugged in as is. We changed the wires to connectors around in the 7 prong and then the four ways would work, but very dim, and one of the turn signals but that was all.

No. That won't work. This is literally the opposite of what the OP needs. Your adapter takes a 4 pin trailer and attaches it to a 7 pin vehicle receiver -- like what you might need for attaching a small utility trailer to a 1 ton truck. Your adapter features a 7 pin female end.

The OP needs a 7 pin male like the one I linked to.

These are far less common because, frankly, it's a bit of a litmus test, gate keeper poke-yoke device ... if the trailer has a 7 pin connection and the vehicle only has a 4 pin receiver, it's a decent bet that it's too much trailer for the vehicle. May not be true in this case, but it's why these adapters are far less common.
Yes, it took some searching but found one!
As far as it being too much, we have tried it with a Ram 1500 also and the trailer we are testing on is a flatbed that weighs less than the camper I am looking at.
Neighbor is rewiring some stuff right now, something to do with the ground I believe. I'll keep you posted

Totally lost. Electrician redid our trailer wires, cleaned everything up, checked the trailer first, then the adapter to make sure both were hot. Both were good. Hooked the adapter up to the trailer, then plugged it in first to the Ram 1500 then into the BS. Did not work in either one. Been at this since 8am this morning. Next step I guess is to take the adapter back and get another one. According to Ford mechanics, as well as different sites on Internet, it should work. :(
