Thanks. As i suspected, they are basically the same unit as found on the 2020< Escape Titanium.

One last thing: when it is in that position, how far does it slide back exposing the metal rod?

5" of metal rod is exposed when the visor is fully extended.

All those having a BS cactus grey could ve biased, including myself. But is a great color, no matter what!
