It is now! Starting in September!! It's free (with a registration fee) if you have a First Edition or Badlands. I believe you can still do it but you'd have to pay full price for the experience.

Hi folks, how did you like your Off-Rodeo at Gunstock Mountain? I experienced it on Friday, 9/30, and loved every minute. Weather was perfect: mid-50's, mostly sunny, light breeze. Our instructor, Greg, did a terrific job of relating to the four of us drivers, explaining the skills and strategies while keeping the discussions light and entertaining. Moreover, navigating the various trails up there was a blast, though I nearly fishtailed into a tree trunk while driving through a slimy, muddy stretch. Lunch overlooking lovely Lake Winnipesaukee with Mt. Washington rising majestically to the north was an unexpected highlight. Following that experience, I'm excited to try some off-roading in my own Badlands.Thanks to fellow drivers Chris (Maine), Van (South Carolina) and Dave (Virginia) as well.

I went last month- An excellent experience- you drive their Bronco sports with a radio inside and they guide you through increasing more difficult terrain
Lots of instructions with use of all the goat modes
