Those devices work wonders in making fluid replacement quick and easy! I used the one below on my T-Bird, and other than some user error on the first brake (you need to hold the rubber cap down on the nozzle while opening the brake otherwise some air will get into the line) it worked like a dream. This is the kit I used:I have used a Mighty vac bleeder before and that worked fine. The professional shops use a tool that that puts a small amount of pressure on a canister with the new brake fluid which temporarily replaces the cap on your brake reservoir. If you go this route, get a good brand because any kind of leak with pressurized brake fluid can damage your paint.

I did have to upgrade my air compressor in order for it to work though! (I know, great hardship to buy better tools
