I finally bit the bullet and ordered some new tires. I was planning on keeping the stock size (225/65/17) but the tires I wanted in that size were a load range E and I decided to up it to 245's as that size was a load range D. So far I am real happy with the ride and around town my mileage hasn't been impacted in a noticeable way. I ordered 5 and will update this thread when I tackle how to stuff the matching spare into the factory location.

how is dry handling, road noise and ride comfort? I went with 235s for fear of rubbing/scraping but really like the aggressive look of Ko2s (not available in 235)

Definitely more sidewall roll than the factory tires but they’re no louder in my opinion (the cabin noise in these Sports is pretty loud regardless). The ride isn’t a noticeable change either just less twitchy steering wheel input.

Did you have to buy anything additional to install it? Or what it came with was enough?
As long as you have the factory or aftermarket cross bars installed, everything you need is included; Rack and mounting hardware.

A few pics from the most recent family trip. The rooftop carrier is fantastic for fitting all the extras needed with a baby in-tow.

Looks amazing! How much extra height did those tires give you?
